This public website provides general information about Haven Home, a residential-school management platform currently preparing for limited pilot use.

Information collected here

This website does not currently provide user accounts, accept student records, use advertising trackers, or sell personal information. When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in that message so that we can respond.

School application data

Participating schools control the student, guardian, staff, housing, and operational information entered into the Haven Home application. The handling of that information is governed by the applicable school agreement and school policies, not by this public website notice.

Operational email

Haven Home may send transactional or operational email on behalf of participating schools to recipients authorized by those schools. These messages may include account activation, leave decisions, presence notifications, and other residential-life communications.
